We are pleased to announce that Mike Wardell, former CEO of Business Systems Ltd, has transitioned to the role of Executive Chairman of both Wordwatch and Business Systems.
This strategic move marks a significant milestone for both brands as they continue to strengthen their market-leading positions in communications governance and archiving, and customer contact solutions.
Mike has been instrumental in shaping the vision, scale and success of Business Systems over the past 18 months. Under his leadership, the company delivered record growth and helped position Wordwatch as a standalone compliance vendor for regulated organisations.
In his new role, Mike will provide strategic counsel and leadership oversight across both brands, supporting their continued evolution.
William Davenport remains as Managing Director of Wordwatch, a leading solution for communications governance and archiving. Having been part of Wordwatch’s journey from its inception, William is leading its global channel partner strategy and continued innovation in compliance technology.
Andrew Jacobs also continues as Managing Director of Business Systems Ltd, where he will continue to drive the company’s innovation and strategic expansion across the customer contact and compliance sectors.
